Nick got my chair to me and helped me since I had surgery and could not lift heavy things. He was helpful with me selecting a foot rest. I appreciate the great customer service provided.

Relax the Back Store (Fairfax, VA Store): The Store Manager (Nick Chandler and Assistant (Marvin Hernandez) are OUTSTANDING! Some words that come to mind: Professional, Customer Oriented, Knowledgeable very Helpful and not pushy. Additionally - One stop shopping for all your Wellness supplies (Tempur-Pedic Mattresses, a variety of Zero Gravity, Body Massage and Office Furniture chairs, Pillows and numerous other miscellaneous Wellness products at a reasonable price.

Marvin was filling in for Nick and he took time to adjust and explain all the various chair features to help me decide on a chair. Other customers came in and he was very helpful to them too. Although Nick was off he took calls when customer needed help. Since then I have been in communications with Nick and he is great too. He responds quickly, provides details and is extremely helpful. He even responds on his days off. I have been extremely pleased with my service. No hard sales either which I greatly appreciate too!

Exceptional customer service. Nick was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions and provide suggestions. At no point did I feel pressured into a sale. When it came time to make my purchase, Marvin helped me out and made me feel perfectly comfortable with the process with his patience, kindness and professionalism. I'm really looking forward to my new recliner and I have already recommended this location to my friends.

Great experience. Left the store with the perfect back support cushion and an excellent, life-changing ergonomic desk chair. You should give Nicholas Chandler a raise! He is knowledgeable of his clients and of your merchandise. And, he is a very agreeable fellow.
