Extraordinary customer service. Store manager, Nick Chandler, better informed than any sales associate I have encountered in years. He worked with me and also helped other drop in customers seamlessly, without ever dropping the ball on helping me with both a mattress purchase and a search for an office chair. He is highly informed about his product lines, never pushy in selling them. This employee is a jewel. Relax The Back is fortunate to have him.
Nick Chandler was very helpful in helping me choose the right office chair for my needs. He was patient and flexible. He answered all of my questions and made suggestions to help me narrow down my choice. I would certainly recommend your store to anyone who has the need for proper seating.
