Relaxed, no pressure visit to showroom that was clean and quiet. Salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful regarding which mattress was best for me. Delivery of the new mattress and removal of the old mattress was on time, fast, and efficient. Excellent experience!

I visited the store with a control issue on my dad's zero gravity lift chair. Gustavo handled the issue promptly and got us a new remote control while the chair remained under warranty. An issue arose where we needed a quicker response from the manufacturer and he arranged a more rapid shipping method that resolved our problem. We are very happy customers at this point.
