Jonathan Yun was very knowledgeable and patient. He answered all my questions thoroughly and provided more information I didn't think of to help accommodate my special needs that brought me into the store. He allowed me plenty of time so I could be sure I was making the right decision. I never felt pressured so it made the experience far more enjoyable.
The sales person was very nice and helpful. He explained all of my questions.

Relaxed, no pressure visit to showroom that was clean and quiet. Salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful regarding which mattress was best for me. Delivery of the new mattress and removal of the old mattress was on time, fast, and efficient. Excellent experience!

Got a new set of pads for my PC-095 chair mfg on 26 Oct 2012. Bought the new set of pads and a cushion and lumbar support for the passenger side of my truck. My wife is very happy. New chair pads go on today.
