No one was pushing for a sale. My daughter and I tried out all the available lift chairs and chose the zero gravity lift. The store manager was friendly so overall no complaints

We were told two weeks for delivery. Now we are told 6 weeks. Hate to be lied to. Communication terrible. Like pulling teeth. Not very happy.

Jonathan at the Ft Worth store said a Breeze Temperpedic mattress cover was necessary to avoid warranty invalidation in case of accidental spills and promised one would be delivered along with the mattress. However, the mattress did not arrive with a cover. When I called the store, Alex said it was coming via mail and that it will “be ok to sleep on it a couple of nights without the cover”.
