I came in to get information on how to get my defective chair repaired. I received a third-party repair contact number, called, and went online with my request, but I have not received a response in over ten days. Also when you call the Fort Worth store, no one ever answers the phone and the voicemail box is always full so you have to drive to the store for any questions. I've purchased over $10K over the years there. I sure would like to have better customer service for my broken chair. Thank You.
