Gustavo and Alex were both a tremendious Help in resolving our warranty issue on my dad's lift chair.Very knowledgeable and curtious. Appreciate them very much.

I visited the store with a control issue on my dad's zero gravity lift chair. Gustavo handled the issue promptly and got us a new remote control while the chair remained under warranty. An issue arose where we needed a quicker response from the manufacturer and he arranged a more rapid shipping method that resolved our problem. We are very happy customers at this point.
