Went directly to see the Zero Gravity chairs at the store. Eric S. was such a help. He was knowledgeable about all the products. Gave us time to test each of the chairs, and told us about the pros and cons of each. Never tried to up-sell us. We bought a Hale Air. The delivery folks were on time, called before arrival as promised, and assembled the chair without a hitch. All in all, a great experience, front to end. Will refer friends and family.
