My experience at Relax the Back was excellent. The professionals there are very knowledgeable and are willing to spend whatever time is necessary to help customers make the right purchase. Everyone at the Kirby store was great but a particular acknowledgement goes to Jill Meyers who is probably one of the best sales professionals I have ever dealt with at any retail establishment. Antonio came to our office today to make sure that our new employee’s chair fit him perfectly so that his days are comfortable at work. We appreciate all he did because not only did he make Scot happy, the rest of office staff were fitted more comfortably on their chairs, as well. Antonio visited my office to set me up with my new chair. It's like I wear the chair now. Incredibly comfortable. Antonio was very thorough with how we want things set up & why. Then he spend much of the rest of the afternoon helping my colleagues adjust their chairs for optimal fit. Fantastic customer service, Antonio!

Where do I start?? We were evacuated to Houston here recently due to the TPC explosion and we came across this store as we were going to get dessert. We walked in not knowing what time it was nor what time they closed. We inquired about a mattress because we are well overdue for a new one. Ron Boyd educated us on which mattress and pillows would be best for us. He stayed and helped us well after closing time. You just can't find that kind of customer service anymore. He's the BEST!
