The entire experience was fantastic. I walked into the store with a backache and left feeling better. Gary was amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable and helped me select the perfect chair. My chair was delivered in one business day thanks to Diane the warehouse manager. And the guys that delivered it also assembled it really fast. Overall it was a wonderful experience.
