Very knowledgeable about the products which was great. Took the time to go through and answer all my questions Tested out a few massages chairs which are amazing. Now to decide which one!

We bought a zero gravity recliner from a Relax the Back store in Eugene Oregon. 15 months later the store in Eugene had closed and the chair had a problem that we didn't know how to deal with. We got in touch with Mark, the manager at the Beaverton store and he helped us right away. He was easy to communicate with and always responsive to our questions and needs. My 16 year old Perfect chair cable broke along with missing screws and other issues. The chair is where I have slept for the last year due to psychical issues. I emailed the store and Mark contacted me by phone the next day. I explained to him I lived in Toledo Wash and a service call would not work. At times it seems getting good customer service is a thing of the past. I found the opposite to be true at the RTB store in Beaverton. Stacy, Mark and Stephen were as helpful on the phone as they were in the store. Always professional, knowledgeable about their products and NEVER made me feel they were pushing for a sale. A pleasant shopping experience that I enjoyed!
