The experience of finding the perfect mattress with the perfect pillow using the adjustable bed frame was a wonderful experience. I don't know how many times I was close to falling asleep while trying out the different mattresses and pillows. And the staff was so patient allowing me to try everything. I then noticed the recliners. In need of a lift chair, the staff guided me to the one that ended up being the easiest to use and keep clean. So, I ordered one for myself as well. My kids didn't even want to leave. We felt really welcome and a little sad that we couldn't buy every one of the chairs we sat in.

The staff is very knowleable about their products and a great resource in solving a myriad of pain issues. Our latest purchase was a mattress and we couldn't be happier with the price and the service. Don't go to a big box store for a purchase so important to the quality of your sleep and health.

This is the second large purchase I have made from "Relax The Back." The first was in 2001, when I bought a Strobel mattress and a Zero-Gravity Chair. I have suffered from back problems for over 30 years, which have multiplied and grown worse with time. I tried another recliner that would go into a sort of Zero-Gravity position but caused me pain. Massage chair is great but has a glitch where the seat does not go back to normal position when unit shuts down. Not a good situation

THE COURTEOUS FOLKS AT THE STORE ON WOODRUFF WASTED NO TIME IN DIRECTING ME TO THE CORRECT CHAIR WITH FEATURES I WANTED. THE CHAIR ARRIVED AHEAD OF SCHEDULE AND I AM SITTING IN IT AT THIS MOMENT. NICELY DONE!

I had a great experience with Relax the Back in Greenville. They gave me a better deal than any I found online. It is especially nice to be able to try out the chair before purchase.
