Extraordinarily great experience (very unusual in today's money hungry society!). I bought a Life Chair w/o going to Charlotte -- with the help of both Steve and Ron (who actually let Steve take photos of him in the chair to see how it fit someone my size). He worked with me over two hours – and gave me more excellent and knowledgeable advice than gained from nearly 2 days research reading and watching informative videos. Love our chairs and the sales people are really nice, knowledgable, and helpful. I would have given 5 stars if it weren't for the delivery people they use. This guy advertising office chair from $ 69.00 and I called today Monday, May 4, 2020 and He told me that he is not able to help me. False Advertised. Do not go to this place and on top his is so rude and unpleasant. Especially now days, who has the money to spend $ 10K or neither or neither $ 1k. Maybe he doesn't know that we are heading to worse times. I am the owner of a travel service and I know I won't have anyone traveling anywhere. He got offended when I told him that I was willing to spend no more than $ 200.00.
