I received excellent customer service at the Park Rd store. I went in with a specific purpose, was treated with patience, they listened to my needs and led me to the chair I decided on. I came in several times to re-check my selection, not wanting to make the same mistake previously made, a hasty decision. I never felt rushed or was in any way pressured. I am very happy with the choice I made.and would not hesitate to go back for future needs.
