We have purchased two chairs from the back store. One for me and one for my wife. They provide us with the type of support that we need. Both of us have back issues and this is the only chair that I have found that provides the support and relief that I have been seeking. I had a minor issue with my chair and it was immediately addressed and taken care of by the company. I have used their chairs for almost 27 years having made my first purchase in New Mexico.
