Laura Laura Laura. Can’t say enough good things about her. My wife and I stopped in to get her a pillow. We walked out of the store with a new pillow in hand and a lot more knowledge on the possible causes of our back/neck pain. Laura is very knowledgeable, passionate about her job, and has a great personality. Definitely recommend stopping in when Laura is working!

I went to relax the back on a recommendation from my physical therapist. Well I will say this place is unbelievable as to how much they offer and the personal service they give. I purchased several items and plan to go back to look more into their massage chairs. I was surprised to see top quality beds in their store as well. Excellent customer service! I heard about Relax the Back when Laura was speaking with Chris Ayotte on WMUZ on a Saturday program. I could hear the compassion from Laura and decided to visit the Shelby township store. I even called my BFF to come along for the ride.
