We showed up at the end of the day on a Friday in desperate need of a lifting recliner to support my dad who had just suffered a compression fracture in his back. The young man (I am so sorry I don't have his name) not only helped to select a good model, but worked with his manager to loan us a chair immediately, while we waited for a chair in the right color to arrive. I love Relax the Back!! W When we lived in Mass, Massachusetts, the Burlington store took great care of us! Now we have moved to Richmond, Virginia, and the closest store was in Rockland, Maryland, where they also took great care of us! I am so happy with my new recliner lift chair. It is everything I could have hoped for. Quick and smooth delivery. The best part was the service I received from the manager Peggy and associate Alex. They are so professional and knowledgeable. Many choices available.
