Great staff who took the time to provide information and without pressure gave me time to decide. I purchased a desk lamp that I love.
I have been a customer of Relax the Back store which was previously Healthy Back store for many years and have purchased 2 temperpedic beds , many pillows, 2 inversion tables, and any accessories from them. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. I have and will continue to recommend this store to anyone.

From receiving the store brochure which led me to the store in Rockville, Maryland to receiving my mattress, foundation and zero gravity chair, I was treated with professionalism, integrity, respect and superior customer service. Peggy and Marvin continually exceeded my expectations. I am thrilled with the education they provided, their responsiveness and my purchases.
We were notified in advance of when the delivery would be made, and the delivery (chair) arrived right on time. The installation and clean up were excellent.
