We showed up at the end of the day on a Friday in desperate need of a lifting recliner to support my dad who had just suffered a compression fracture in his back. The young man (I am so sorry I don't have his name) not only helped to select a good model, but worked with his manager to loan us a chair immediately, while we waited for a chair in the right color to arrive. Now we have moved to Richmond, Virginia, and the closest store was in Rockland, Maryland, where they also took great care of us!
