We were notified in advance of when the delivery would be made, and the delivery (chair) arrived right on time. The installation and clean up were excellent.

The salesperson, Marvin, was very knowledgeable about the inversion tables. He answered all my questions and was patient with my decision process. He was very supportive and has the right disposition for helping people.

All the people I dealt with were helpful and courteous in helping me find the chair I wanted.
We were fortunate to have Peggy and Milton all to ourselves when we were shopping in the store. We came in for a replacement Tempurpedic pillow and left with a purchase of a Zero Gravity chair and wedge pillow set. No pressure - just good information so we could make our decision. We are very pleased with our purchases and highly recommend the store and personnel.
