From receiving the store brochure which led me to the store in Rockville, Maryland to receiving my mattress, foundation and zero gravity chair, I was treated with professionalism, integrity, respect and superior customer service. Peggy and Marvin continually exceeded my expectations. I am thrilled with the education they provided, their responsiveness and my purchases.
We were notified in advance of when the delivery would be made, and the delivery (chair) arrived right on time. The installation and clean up were excellent.

Jeff, thank you for visiting Relax the Back Rockville. Happy that we could be of service in helping you find the right seat cushion-- the Travel Lite wedge was a great choice. Thanks for posting a positive review. Best wishes for the holidays! Peggy Douglas, Manager
All the people I dealt with were helpful and courteous in helping me find the chair I wanted.
We were fortunate to have Peggy and Milton all to ourselves when we were shopping in the store. We came in for a replacement Tempurpedic pillow and left with a purchase of a Zero Gravity chair and wedge pillow set. No pressure - just good information so we could make our decision. We are very pleased with our purchases and highly recommend the store and personnel.
