I have purchased many items from this store and I have always been satisfied . Customer care is their greatest concern . We have always done business with Peggy in the Rockville store. Peggy follows up with a customer as to the progress of an order, delivery and after delivery. She is top notch as a salesman and as a personal shopper.

The controls are not exactly the same but it's easy to use the remote. The instructions are very clear. The shipping was fast too. I'm happy to have the new remote.
