Poor customer service, poor follow up, and poor communications. Still waiting for a delivery (supposedly "white glove service") and no one can give me any information. So glad that I only bought two chairs ... I learned my lesson and will buy my mattress, pillows and couch from another company. Terrible experience with Relax the Back!!!

We ordered twice at two different times a floor model bed. Both times the same thing happened. The bed we were shown did not seem to be delivered or some how the bed got dirty during the moving of it and delivery. When we received the beds they had grease? or something black on them. The mattress cover could be taken off and washed which I tried to do several times and even used bleach. The black on them did not completely come off. The saleswoman was wonderful, except that I am not happy with the product I purchased and wish I could exchange it.

Delays in shipping and couch had some minor damage, but damaged just the same. This was a high end couch and I expected a reasonable delivery time and an undamaged couch.Sales person, Randy Davis, really tried to make things right even coming to the house to personally inspect the damage. I received shipping credit and credit for the damage.Randy and the credits are the only reason I even gave the 2 stars.
