I went to this store twice to get Zero Gravity chair the Lady in this store Zero attention with me other’s customers get all the information I had to do my own research she gave me a brochure first time no information at all, today I come back to get the chair she keep taking with a customer finally the customer said I’ll be back in a month and I continuous waiting after 25 minutes a decided leave the store the salesperson doesn’t care

was interested in knee brace. wanted to try more sizes but store only had size 6. was promised 2 day. time came and went. I called advised next week. my second call it was in but I wasn't notified. I am sr citizen don't live near. arranged my daughter pick up. im not happy with size 7 but am ill and hope to get in next week.

Terrible customer experience. I expected more from Relax the Back. Luckily I only spent $6,000 for a gift to realize that your customers don't matter. The additional items I wanted to purchase for myself (at least $25k) will have to be with another company. The other reviews on this site make me believe that I worked with a terrible salesperson or that as a minority female, I was treated differently?
