Ernie the man who came to work out the bugs of my zero gravity chair was great-actually more than great! Not only did he fix the problem he stayed and walked my wife through all the machinations of the new remote control until she was happy. Knowledge of the problem and his patience in dealing with us makes him, in my opinion, an extremely valuable employee. My thanks again to Ernie. And don’t let me forget about Frank. He was great too.

Our sales person was Michelle. She was very thorough and even gave me her personal cell phone number so I could call or text her with any questions.
