5 Stars!! Purchased a X Chair to help prevent posture/back issues. Decided to drive from Vero to PBG to test drive it vs purchasing on line and I’m glad I did. Mitch was great! Same “discount” in store as online, but they assembled it, and would accept a full price refund/return to store if not satisfied within 30 days-just like online. Staff is great. Went several times to try out massage chair since it was a big investment. Took our time trying out a variety of the programs the chairs all offered. Overall chose the super novo. Felt it had the most adjustable options and fit our body style the best. Been using everyday since not being able to do PT with stay at home and has been helping. Delivery was easy.
