Donna Williams helped me out when I came into your store, and I can’t say enough about how helpful she was! I came in planning to buy a different chair, but after talking to me about my back issues, she suggested I spend some time sitting in the Hale Premier Zero Gravity Recliner with Air Massage. I didn’t think I needed anything that fancy - but oh, was I wrong! This chair may get me out of physical therapy early - and I finally, finally have a comfortable place to sit and read a book or watch a show.
Jonathan at the Laguna Niguel Relax the Back location was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We ended up purchasing a second Perfect Chair 420 for my wife (we purchased our first one in 2021), but this time with Jade Infrared Heat and she loves it!
Jonathan was very helpful in showing us desk chairs. After a couple of days thinking about it, we decided to order one. He helped up complete the sale. Easy & informative.

Superior customer service.
My wife and I just went in wanting to check out one of the smaller massage chairs but Donna was so helpful in explaining the benefits of the Cozzia Qi XE Pro Duo that we purchased it on the spot. It wasn't an impulse buy as we'd been looking for some time and saw all of the chairs at various Costco displays. We didn't recall seeing the Cozzia Qi at any of them but liked the size of it when directed to it by Donna. It fit where we wanted to go in our home and isn't intrusive at all. My chair needed some parts and adjustments. Jon did a great job. He also cleaned the chair thoroughly. It was like new.
It was such a great experience in every step of the process. Jonathan, the store manager, was so patient and thorough with answering all of the questions I had and kept me updated on the shipping process. The quality of the product is the best there is on yhe market; the chair is heavy, construction is solid, and easily customizable. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quality chair for long hours of sitting at the desk!
