John, the salesman, was patient and knowledgeable and always advising on the little things most people wouldn't think would be important.
Donna and John both were so kind to us, shared their knowledge and helped us try few chairs, we selected two, they were delivered ahead of schedule. After few days my wife decided that she wants the chairs that has massage and heated. They facilitated the return and exchange, now we are enjoying the new chairs, they are so elegant and comfortable.
the salesman was always courteous even though we kept asking questions and kept changing our minds and was generous with his time especially when we requested to return what we had purchased and exchange for a different model chair.
