My chair needed some parts and adjustments. Jon did a great job. He also cleaned the chair thoroughly. It was like new.
It was such a great experience in every step of the process. Jonathan, the store manager, was so patient and thorough with answering all of the questions I had and kept me updated on the shipping process. The quality of the product is the best there is on yhe market; the chair is heavy, construction is solid, and easily customizable. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quality chair for long hours of sitting at the desk!

Hadn't been in a Relax the Back ever. Wish I had done so years ago! Amazing products. Even better people working there, at least the Laguna Niguel location. John was great in explaining everything. Will be back for sure!
John was very professional explained how everything worked demonstrated it and helped me take it my table to my car. The chair was delivered three days later exactly on time installed properly and looks magnificent in my living room. I couldn’t be more pleased 100% satisfaction.
Pam went out of her way to make repairs for my chair. It was a different process but Pam kept us informed on a regular basis.
Being an older couple, you never know what you’re going to get when you walk into a store. Well, we were so pleasantly surprised by how well we retreated we felt like family. My husband was treated like the grandfather was great respect. They were very fair and gave us wonderful service from beginning to end. We are very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend this store to anyone. They are people that do just as they say they will and you can trust them.
