Jonathan was very helpful when we visited the store. He showed us around and answered all our questions. We sat in many of the chairs and felt the differences. I decided on one and he handle the sale. Today my chair was delivered by two kind men. They call ahead to let me know they were on their way. They put my chair together and showed me all the features. It is so comfortablel and I love the look of the chair. Your company has been very kind in customer service and I appreciated their kindness.

He made clear the different functional capabilities and options of the various models offered by Relax the Back and helped guide us to the Hale zero gravity chair that best met our needs. Customer service with Jonathan Cogliano is excellent. He took time explaining the features of the right chair for me and my back issues. My back became truly relaxed as I tried out the two massage settings in the zero gravity reclining position. Follow up is also excellent with the ability to get questions answered over the phone. I am very happy with the service and products at the Relax the Back store.
