Customer service with Jonathan Cogliano is excellent. He took time explaining the features of the right chair for me and my back issues. My back became truly relaxed as I tried out the two massage settings in the zero gravity reclining position. Follow up is also excellent with the ability to get questions answered over the phone. I am very happy with the service and products at the Relax the Back store.

Jon was amazing! When I was looking for a replacement chair for my father in laws favorite chair that he’s had for 20 years, I found that Relax The Back was a retailer for the brand.
