The store manager helped with one of your Lift Recliners. He was thorough in explaining the various functions and answered all my questions. I'm still waiting for the product to be delivered so can't comment on the specific order. Overall it was an easy and seamless transaction. I'd recommend their products.
We worked with Donna in the Laguna Niguel store. She was such a pleasure to work with. She took time and answered all our questions and was very personable and patient. We appreciated her low pressure; personal relationship sales approach which helped us to take our time in making decisions that were right for us.
