Had a good experience trying out different mattresses. Steve was very patient, listened to my previous experiences with earlier beds and helped me to find the right mattress and set-up for me. I appreciated the laid back, "no pressure" approach allowing me to compare and research and come back over several days before finally choosing. I look forward to the delivery.

Steve was easy to work with and took the time to show me as many models as I wanted to try.
I came in the store just to look and bought a great chair. The store manager explained the difference between the products without pressuring me. The product sold itself! The entire process including delivery was very smooth. I recommend this product for anyone wanting a chair without any strain on your back.
Unfortunately the chair padding has Not been replaced as promised. I went into the store myself to inquire and was told they would follow up. That was almost 2 weeks ago. I don’t have the time to continue to check up on this. If you want to sell chairs at this price please provide working products and have reliable customer service. My next review will go public. Resolve this issue!
