Great Customer Service, plus the salesperson took the time to fit the right pillow to me. I love my new pillow. I wish I would have found it years ago. It makes sense, all of us are different. One pillow DOES NOT fit all! You can't go into any retail department store and get a pillow built for YOU. Thank God for this pillow. I have had no neck pain since sleeping on the pillow. I love it!
