Their service was excellent. My wife had terminal cancer and needed a motorized chair to reduce her pain level, be comfortable, and to get up with less assistance and less pain. I purchased the chair with next day delivery. The chair did not quite fit her as she could not go to the store to be fitted to a chair before selection. I called the store and they delivered an alternate chair the same day as they knew my wife's condition. They were knowledgeable and professional in their support. I live 4 hours from the store plus have health issues and both ladies I dealt with were quite pleasant and accommodating, in person and on the phone. They were sincere, and concerned enough with my satisfaction of purchase, and then correction of a mistake with my chair wheels to call and check promptly.

Pleasant experience! Joe was very helpful in the store and was able to make delivery in time for my arrival home from the hospital. Billy and Ron provided help with furniture upon delivery. Couldn't have asked for more. We love the chair!
