Customer service from sales in the store was great. I want to speak about the delivery experiance mainly. Our chair was delivered right on the time. Ron & Billy in delivering the chair where outstanding! The chair was going to displace a large couch upstairs. Ron & Billy moved the couch downstairs, and moved another couch (we are getting rid of) upstairs, a big help to me. They positioned our new chair and did an exceptional job explaining everything with the chair’s controls. They both clearly cared about customer service. ... read more
