The customer service was good. The representatives were very knowledgeable and helpful. I purchased a lumbar support and the only complaint I have with it is there isn't any straps to keep it in place on the car seat. I'm constantly having to adjust it.

We do have a number of lumbar supports that do have straps...and a few cases with straps that some of the smaller lumbar supports can slip inside of to allow it to be fixed in place better in your car. Best customer service you could ask for. Had an issue with our massage chair and they got us a new one in a small amount of time. They allowed us to continue to use the old one while waiting for the new one to arrive. All the staff at this store goes beyond their means to ensure you have a great experience. We love our massage chair. Great store. Ask for Elaine!!!

I just purchased the Super Novo massage chair after months of contemplation. I have to say that this chair is worth every penny. What it does is amazing.
