Once I arrived the service was quick and efficient. There is a comfortable place to wait for car service, along with snacks! My only suggestion is for the person that answers the phone. During 2 different calls I made to this business she said both times that she didnt know the answer to my questions. OK! That is understandable however she didnt seem interested in getting an answer for me. She stated, "I am only the person answering the phone (paraphrase)." Friendly people, quality service and when it came to dealing with the warranty, they took care of every detail.
It took a long time and it was very expensive!! They started it late so it carried over to the next day. On the positive side, they did provide a rental.
