T J was awesome! My wife got a very short notice doctor's appointment 125 miles away, and he got our car in and out in time to make her appointment. Lots of folks wouldn't help out like that! He also followed up and that is nice also. Most places do not do that either. Many, many thanks for the support that was above and beyond! Give him a raise

Service was completed in a timely manner at a slightly lower cost than expected. Only a small amount of up-selling, but that is to be expected. My service coordinator was extremely nice.
