Every friendly and informative service rep! Nice clean facility.
My representative went over the list of what was needed everything was done just the wait time took longer than expected. They had some difficulty getting a part off to replace.
The oil change and tire rotation took way too long but the service rep Jordan kept me up to date all the time, she was great.
I thought I already did this but will do it again. I m probably going to trade my car. Like I told your salesman the other day. I would like to stay with your service department because they are always so nice and explain everything erything. Someone even asked me if they could get me anything while I was waiting.

I went there knowing the vehicle I wanted to look at, yet the salesman insisted on asking a dozen questions about what I liked and didn't like. What features I wanted most etc. It already takes so long to finalize the deal that you don't need to add to it with countless questions. We had to push them to give us the trade in that they had listed on their own site, but finally we got close. They have good deals on their vehicles though. The actual oil change and tire rotation went quickly, although they were crowded and it was a busy Friday afternoon. I appreciated the care that I got from Will, the young man who checked me in, kept me updated and walked me out to my car.
