Broke down in the afternoon on a Saturday while on a 750 mile road trip. Battery was dead in a 1 year old Crosstrek. Got a jump, found Reliable Subaru Dealership. I got there a couple hours before quitting time without an appointment, but they were willing to squeeze me in and get me back on the road. They worked with Subaru to install a new battery under warranty. I was totally pleased with the outcome.

Very good. They did an in depth analysis of required maintenance with estimated cost to provide the required service. They went out of their way to try to recreate an issue that I had been having with my car. The service was excellent.
