The young fellow who assisted me was polite, friendly and efficient. However during the service the computer screens were changed and I had to go in and get a tech to help me. I'm a senior citizen, computer challenged!

Our service representative was very friendly and upbeat. She informed us that our three year 36,000 mile service warranty had expired even though it had not been a full three years nor were we close to 36,000 miles on our vehicle. When I questioned her about this, she found that we had not used our first service and was able to give us the majority of the service for free. My technician, Dustyn Gray was extremely professional, knowledgeable and personable. He arranged for a shuttle back to my house as my service would take 3 hrs. He was very thorough on his explanations of the services performed and future service recommendations. I appreciated him finding me the best discount for the services I had performed. There had been a longer delay than normal for my return shuttle. Dustyn graciously gave me a free oil change to make up for the delay. Dustyn is a credit to your service department.

They always seem to want to do more then requested for which is not needed on the car. I had new tires put on elsewhere and they wanted to balance my tires without rotating them. I alsoput K and N filters in the car and they requested to change them. Technicians need to pay attention to the requests of the customer. The service since I bought the car has been at best subpar.
