Service was excellent! Service technician Austin Goodwin was the best. Kept me apprised of all that was going on & went out of his way to be helpful. Had car backed up to service bay, running w/heat going waiting for me when all was completed. Ask for Austin!

Check in was quick and easy. They provided transportation to and from work. Associate was very polite and knowledgeable. They text me updates during the service. Check out was ready and it cost much less than originally anticipated. Great experience all around.

The service advisor and technicians are very knowledgeable. The waiting room is clean and offers complimentary coffee and snacks while waiting. What I don't care for is the recent payment changes now charging 3% for credit card fees. They are not at all reluctant to charge and tack on numerous shop fees and incidentals to the bill. A 10 % service discount barely covers the tax.
