Miss Danny but everyone did great, not thrilled about the new 3% fee but that's not the service departments fault. Very impressed by the loaner when they knew I wouldn't make it out in time and they brought my car home! Thank you!!

I didn't like that It took almost 2 hours to do an oil change and tire rotation when they told me an hour. The service people I dealt with were much friendlier than they used to be.
