My wife usually takes the car in for warrantied service, so this was my first visit. Overall impressions: 1) Check in was quick and pleasant. 2) The waiting room was comfortable and accommodating. 3) The wait for oil change / tire rotation was too long. I was there nearly two hours. 4) I had asked to have both my front seat headrests checked because they do not stay in a fixed position when adjusted; they gradually 'float' back to their uppermost position after a short period of driving. I love that they keep me informed. When they were running a little behind schedule I was informed not just that it was behind but why and approximately how much longer. I was enjoying a lunch outing with my daughter so I didn't mind. Everyone is so friendly and seem to genuinely want to interact with you. From check in, shuttle service, and check out all smiling faces.
