Kery was fantastic. Anytime I texted or sent him a message, I got a phone call within minutes. He was very attentive and very informative. I would recommend him to anyone, which I’ve already done! Mark was also great! He took his time to explain things in great detail and I know he’ll be a great resource.

I don’t live near a Lexus dealer, so I’ve been struggling with a tech issue for a while. While I was in town, I stopped by Reliable Lexus and met Mark. He figured it out fast and explained it in a way that made sense to me. I asked a bunch of questions, and he was real patient and kind about it. Just really thankful for his help, great guy!
