Chad Betzler & Mark Dalangin. Chad was super helpful and sold me a wonderful Toyota Grand Highlander! It honestly felt like I purchased a car from my brother. We ran through some hiccups getting my car set up on my Toyota app. But, Chad introduced me to Mark and he was able to get me set up and showed me a lot of tech features!
