Today was the best day EVER! !!!! Finally picked up my car ( IS350 FSport)!!! It was quite a journey for me, a year + months and it was all worth it thanks to Chad Betzler!!! He has been truly awesome!!! Let me tell you!! That man stuck it out with me in this journey. He’s been consistent and thorough all the way through. I came in with no concept of what I wanted. I decided to go with what I had before. Kery was a very intent listener and heard about everything I wanted and got me exactly that, beside the color haha.
