Ramon Was very respectful & courteous when checking me out after our service. I was surprised he remembered my last name even though I only spoke to him briefly when checking in..Great Customer Service Rep out front while others pay little attention.with all the havoc going on..
Ramon took good care of my truck, had it ready when I said I needed it, arranged for transportation to the airport for me. What’s not to like?
I'm not sure. After this service I received a text stating that an inspection of my car showed it needed a tire rotation and other services done. I just had a tire rotation done at this location in April, or at least I paid for it to be done. So, I'm wondering now which one was the lie, the text or the service I paid for?
