Experience was good until today when I noticed that my credit was pulled 6 times when I was told the one time by Nissan would be the only one

One of my concerns were not met. The eco drive or some issue with the engine 'while' driving. They ran a test while it was 'idle' and couldnt re-create it.

It was courtesy support with good explanation I requested first oil change. He gave me courtesy explanation and adjusted tire pressure as well.
