Good customer service. Took a little longer than I wanted. But over all friendly and helpful.
David was exceptionally kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I had a terrible experience at the other Nissan dealership in town and when I called Reliable to ask if they could do the 30k service that I had taken the day off of work to have completed, David went above and beyond to make that happen. I am so grateful that he turned my day around and made me feel safe driving around the state for my job.

I arranged an appointment for noon on Friday for an oil change. I arrived shortly before noon and my truck was serviced as scheduled. No problems ,service was great.
Nick did an excellent job for me kept me informed and gave me good insights in terms of what the issue was and what we needed to do. I greatly appreciate his assistance and the technicians expertise.
