The staff was pleasant and efficient. Did all I asked and completed the 21 point inspection. The only objection I have is that they don’t go over the inspection results. They only tell you that everything is ok.
David was helpful and kept me informed about additional repairs for my Pathfinder. Shawn who performed the service on my car was also a great employee

Initial interaction with service personnel was okay. Service was said to take one hour but took more than two hours. Service personnel made no contact with me until I got tired of waiting and went to the service area to inquire about my vehicle.
