Malick was probably the 13th salesman ive dealt with in my 3 wks looking for a small awd something. He was great to deal with as were Allan and a few others. My only complaint would be financial followup after Id already driven away. If POI and POR etc were req I should have been informed at time of sale not by immediate requests to fax documents, proof of this and that etc. Kind of annoying after a previously smooth and pleasant experience. Overall pleasant experiency buying the car. We got the exact equipment we wanted and the price was very fair. Everything was handled professionally. We also enjoyed the Customer Appreciation Day and meeting the department heads.
From the moment we walked into the dealership, we were treated with respect and friendliness. We were looking for a pre-owned vehicle and had a budget, but we were not pressured to buy a more expensive vehicle. Our salesperson, Dan Shields, was very responsive to our needs and when we had a problem with the battery in our new vehicle, he drove to our home with a loaner vehicle within a few hours. I purchased a used Nissan Altima and added the Skylink theft recovery system. When I tried logging into the Skylink website to register it the website stated the dealer needs to complete their process first (this was after I had it installed in the vehicle).
