My transaction was a pleasant experience. when I intially went in i had no intention of buying a truck i just wanted to check out the internet special. It turned out to be a sweet deal. We went in just to look at the new Nissan Quest We bought our 2006 Quest at Reliable new in 2006 excellent vehicle we ended up leaving with a new 2011 Quest The salesman Abou Diawara was pleasant to work with and I would recomend him to anyone shopping at Reliable. John Navelli was also a pleasure to meet in the finance department we sailed threw the paper work and the financing he got us was just what we wanted.

Buying my new Pathfinder LE-V8 from this dealership was an outstanding experience. No pressure to buy, reasonably quick to get to the bottomline, and then threw more money than expected into the deal after they actually drove the trade, plus gave even more of a price discount than expected. Then they offered me a better financing rate than originally agreed to as well. Very unexpected and sealed the deal. This dealership went above and beyond. They even set up a test drive and compare at a different dealership so that we could see both trucks side by side. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Definitely changed my mind on what the car buying experience should be.

Gary was not overly forceful when I showed some hesitation and he listened to my concerns. Ultimately, we came to a purchase agreement and I'm happy with my purchase. Since the purchase, I've contacted Gary with a couple of quesetions and he answered them immediately or sought out the answer. It was a pleasure working with Gary. I hope to get to know the rest of the staff in the coming years as I bring my system in for regular maintenance and such. I'm very satisfied with the purchase.

We needed to trade in our truck for a more fuel efficient vehicle. We needed a great deal at a great price and Reliable was able to deliver AGAIN! We had a wonderful third experience and would highly recommend Scott, Jared and the dealership time and time again.

My experience at Reliable Nissan was totally awesome. I was contacted by a sales manager (Leila) as soon as I showed interest in Nissan and when I drove to the lot, I was greeted by the friendliest salesman I have ever met. Marshall was very kind, patient, and thorough. He wasn't just "out to make a sale", but it really mattered to him that I got exactly what I wanted. It was excellent working with Jeremy (and John in the finance dept). Both were very knowledgable, courteous, and easy to work with. Negotiated price was outstanding, particularly with the manufacturer rebates. Jeremy was very capable in explaining pricing, options, and working with management on getting me the best price. I would recommend both to anyone I know looking for a Nissan.

We did all the original transaction through the net and showed up with a total price and our own loan. We met the sales consultant as we arrived spoke with him, had a nice test drive and easy trasaction. Everything was great, except for the finance manager, who was a little to pushy, part of is job I suppose.
