I had a pleasant experience at Reliable Nissan. The salesman helping me, Scott Lewis, was knowledgeable and friendly. Rather than feeling pressured into buying a car, (as I have in the past) I felt informed and assisted in buying. I would recommend this dealership to a friend, more specifically, I would recommend they utilize Scott and his expertise for their vehicle purchases.
Scott and Jerod where very helpful and friendly with the purchase of our new Xterra. The answered all questions fully and went above and beyond to help us with financing options, and any dealer incentives that they could. Overall we were very happy and would definitely recommend Scott, Jerod, and Reliable Nissan to any friends and family.
my wife an i were looking for a preowned Maxina Scott an Jarid found us. one it was the fastest deal we have ever did.my wife is very happy an so am i . when i go looking for truck scott an jerid will be the first one i call they even call to check to see if we still liked the car an we do . that was a verry good deal for us
They lie 2 there customers about being approved n they hurt your family n me n my wife n they play around with u.
They are crooks im only 19 got a truck trusting them, then the check engine light came on I took it back next day and they only reset it and sent me away. I tried returning the truck the day after that and that said I couldn’t but my dad told me about something called the lemon law. Anyway they suck and never go there. Forgot the lug nuts on my rim when I got my tire rotation now I have to go back on my day off and wait for them to put them on
I bought my car in 2021, Ive only serviced my car at this location and I'm very dissatisfied with the services your company provide on several occasions. I have missing parts which they refuse to acknowledge that the part is gone ..I will never take my car back for servicing at your location..I will never buy another vehicle from your company again. I will take my business elsewhere . I will be making a report to the better business bureau as well
Process took way too long And the payment was not what I wanted to expected. Felt I was tricked into buying extra stuff
