These folks didn't seem to want to sell cars. I don't expect any dealership to give me a car but I do expect them to be reasonable, especially when trying to buy last year's model. For the 2013 model we were interested in they had around 15 on the lot. 2014s are arriving in a couple of weeks but they seemed to want to hold on to the 2013s. Very bad experience had engine work done there they forgot a part full 60 days later less than 1500 miles on the car and somehow it's my fault. The mechanic there left an engine bolt out which slowly drains my oil over 1500 miles and now my engine has a knock and they won't warranty their work.Will never use or work with this dealership again!!!!!

I've been taking my Nissan Xterra to Jack Key Nissan in Las Cruces, NM since I bought the vehicle. I recently moved to Rio Rancho NM and was looking for a dealership to take care of my vehicle just like Jack Key. After 160k miles, I have not had one major issue with the vehicle. The most work I have done on the vehicle was my 100k mile maintenance. I was sold a wonderful car that I truly wanted. Within 30 days I was informed That my employer took too long returning employer verification to the bank so The original loan offer had expired. "My employer" brought me into the office the Day they got the verification and sent it back the same day so I know that was a lie. After much stress, I decided to return the vehicle. We brought our Nissan in for service after the tire pressure light and check engine light came on. The tire pressure issue was resolved by changing one of the sensors and it was determined that the check engine light was on due to an issue with the exhaust system. The exhaust system was replaced under warranty, but during the repair, they damaged and had to repair our radiator. Salesperson here was a nice person. When it came time to finance however......Terrible. First off, I told them I was looking for a vehicle, and didnt want a credit pull. They said they just needed info to make an offer on my trade. LIE. First thing this morning I have a hard inquiry on my credit, when I SPECIFICALLY said to both the sales person and the manager that I didnt want it pulled yet. I drove into the service bay to have my oil changed and was greeted by a person that told me she was a greeter and asked how she could help. I advised of the reason for my visit and she immediatly told me that I would need to talk with a different person and repeat myself. The sales associate was very informed and new his product. However the negotiations on price and delivery took many hours more that it should have considering it was a cash purchase. The time required when picking up the car and finishing the paper work was ridiculous. It has been 2 months and they have still not conpleted their commitments
