Worst Nissan dealer ever Took my 2016 Murano in for a recall on 1/17/2019. I asked if they would be able to provide a ride back to my home (8.9 miles from dealership) and was told yes. I sat in the waiting room for 3.5 hours while the service writer kept making me promises about a ride home. When my car was ready the driver side column had greasy hand prints all over it. Non-disclosure of non-cancelable contract for service Dealership sold a service called "ZAKTEK" that is supposedly a paint protector. It is initially applied when the vehicle first arrives at the dealership. During the closing process they sell you the continued service for 3 years. When I reviewed the document while the vehicle was in the shop for the 2nd time in less than 2 weeks (mileage on vehicle 160) I decided it wasn't worth the price ($1,198) so I requested that it be cancelled. Not a good impression. I had very high hopes with this dealership given their ratings on Google. They proved me wrong. Two weeks ago I and my wife visited the dealership to look at a brand new 2018 Nissan Frontier PRO-4X. I already knew what I wanted and had done some research about the various options ad prices, the typical due diligence. Unreliable I spoke with salesman on the phone. He wanted me to come into the dealership the next day to look at cars. We scheduled for 8 am, no one showed up. I even got phone calls and emails to verify the appointment. The receptionist told us several times that someone would be right with us, but no one was. I did tell the salesman on the phone our time was very valuable, as it was hard for us to find time to go look together. I asked the receptionist to have the manager call me, no one ever did. What for bait and switch cars They have advertised a good deal on vehicles posted on Auto trader and do not remove them because they bait you and try to coheres you into another vehicle. When asked about a vehicle I was told I dont know but is that vehicle what you want or similar. When I saked them if they have it they said we dont know, can we get your name and number I said no but asked if you can look outside. They said they dont do that...haha BS. What a joke We bought a 2017 Murano a year ago, but during this time we were getting a lot of dust in the car, well with going back and forth and finally brining it in when the engineer was there, they found that the seal in the back doors were broken.. So calling many times with no return call (until we talkede to the co-owner we then got a phone call from the service mang). Worst Customer Service I purchased a used 2012 Toyota Camry from Reliable Nissan about 5 weeks ago. I love the car but after purchasing the vehicle I am yet to get help with anything.
